This is the 3rd attempt to give a review of the disgraceful service at the Carlisle W. H Smith store. Supposedly the main post office in the town , it cannot cope with the demand. I understand staff shortages, but to queue for 45 minutes, to be told “I am not serving anymore because I must do something else” is simply unacceptable. Plus, they do not offer the full range of Postal services ( presumably because of staff shortages). The sign telling customers this is useless as it is at the head of the queue. Come on ,Post Office, try other retailers in the town who would be better able to offer your services because Smiths are a disaster and it is completely frustrating trying to deal with them.

Books ordered lunchtime, received email next morning to say they were ready for pick-up

Great quality products and delivered on time as promised.

My order was originally lost but a helpful customer service lady ensured my new order was quickly posted to me.

Quick service and got the next day after. Instead off the next day.

I bought a CD for £9.99. Free delivery starts at expenditure over £10So I bought a cheap set of biros. The products arrived in separate parcels at some expense to yourselves. daft business sense

Managed to find a couple of rare DVDs at WHSmith which was brilliant. Simple ordering on the website and speedy delivery. Love it!

Two of the sets of points were faulty will be retuning them ASAP will not purchase from you again

Good value stationery quickly dispatched . Found looking for printer cartridges on the website difficult to navigate so this could do with some improvement

The book took weeks to arrive, I could and should have brought it from the supermarket, lesson learnt, I wont order anything from WHS again. ☹

Item was as expected but it was a voucher and was repeatedly delayed on delivery with no explanation. Given it was a small envelope I found the delay frustrating and have no information on why it was delayed. It took 2 weeks to arrive and meant it missed the birthday it was a gift for.

I realise that you wanted to get things to me faster and therefore packed as they became available but I feel it was such a waste with all the packaging.
